Community Groups
We are working with local community groups to help promote mental health and release the stigma surrounding it.
Training
We help community groups access training for their staff and volunteers to help everyone understand the issues we could all face at any time.
Working with schools
Our aim is to work along side as many local schools as we can, to better understand the needs of our community and create groups to support general wellbeing.
