Hannage Brook Medical Center & the incredible Dr Penny Blackwell have been massively instrumental in supporting MHI from the earliest of days.
With MHI now being connected to their new social prescriber, we will have more knowledge of what people in the community need, and they will know what we are offering.
This connection is, and always will be, at the heart of what we do.
With Hannage Brook and the NHS being our 1st port of call for all advice, this connection will only continue to grow.
The former Wirksworth Infant School, home of many fantastic memories for generations.
Now the home for Amanda & Julian, who have embarked on using the old school hall for the community.
MHI have had the privilege of helping Amanda & Julian start to put their ideas in to practice, from taking part in Qwirkywirkywear, to now bringing new groups and experiences to our local community.
A fantastic space run by incredible people. Lets keep this rolling and head towards better welbeing for all who come to visit.
After running a trial session with Anna from 9th Ray at the Old School Wirksworth June 2026, Anne has now entered a collaboration with MHI.
Now offering weekly sessions as part of MHI welbeing groups, our connection continues to grow.
With more offerings coming later in the year, this is certainly one to watch.
