Mindful Flow & Angelic Reiki from the 9th Ray is coming to Wirksworth! With Mental Health Initiative.
A new series of nurturing sessions with collaboration with MHInitiative, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for balance, presence and inner wellbeing.
Each session will bring together three carefully chosen practices from our beautiful menu of offerings:
Rituals — creating meaningful moments of intention, reflection and connection.
Qi Gong — gentle movement and flowing energy to bring harmony to body and mind.
Breathwork — using the breath to release tension, calm the nervous system and deepen awareness.
